F.E.A.R. First Encounter Assault Recon

F.E.A.R. simulates combat from a first person perspective. The protagonist's body is fully present, allowing the player to see his or her character's torso and feet while looking down. Within scripted sequences, when rising from a lying position or fast-roping from a helicopter for example, or climbing ladders, the hands and legs of the protagonist can be seen performing the relevant actions.

Prince Of Persia Warrior Within

The game picks up where The Sands of Time left off, adding plenty of new features, specifically, options in combat. The PRINCE (who remains unnamed) now has the ability to wield two weapons at a time as well as the ability to steal his enemies' weapons and throw them. Warrior Within has a much darker tone than its predecessor adding in the ability for the Prince to dispatch his enemies with violent finishing moves. The violence and more adult oriented content landed the game a "Mature" rating from the ESRB.

The gameplay is much like the original game but with a few major differences. The Prince can dual wield weapons and throw his secondary weapon. He also has the ability to perform several combos and charge attacks. In addition, the Prince can use the environment to his advantage, such as by bouncing off of walls to attack enemies. This is because of Ubisoft's new gameplay system called the "Free-Form Fighting" system.

MAGIC AND MAYHEM

Magic & Mayhem is not a real-time strategy game in the traditional sense. It is in real time, and it is a strategy game, but because of its lack of base building, the game falls closer on the spectrum to something like Myth: The Fallen Lords. You control Cornelius, a young mage who has been apprenticed to his uncle, Lucan. Arriving at his home to begin your studies, you find that Lucan has vanished. This sets you off on your adventure, traveling through various realms searching for Lucan and, after finding him, trying to stop the greater evils that possess the land. It's pretty typical fantasy fare, though there is a good element of suspense that keeps things interesting, at least on the story side. Mythos has also included a hodgepodge of references to famous myths and legends (Greek heroes, the Holy Grail).
